But it's okay if it's not working out at that moment in time. It's okay to let people go sometimes. Its okay to need a break to concentrate on yourself. Sometimes you have to draw the line and call it a day. Things have a funny way of working themselves out and life brings you back together if it's meant to be. We watched some surveillance footage (Jurassic Park scene with velociraptors and stolen eggs) and figured it out! The dinosaurs were angry because we took their eggs to study their DNA strands in the lab. So, we got to work replicating a DNA strand (fraction number line) for each egg. Then we decided which DNA matched each dinosaur. The bigger the DNA chunk... the bigger the mama-saurus! And, later, our nested eggs hatched to reveal lots of different dinosaurs. 

 We tried to see if our knowledge of modern day animal adaptations could help us classify the babies as carnivore, herbivore, or omnivore. We really grew our brains! You're always so appreciative!! I'm thankful for that. And thankful for getting to spend a small part of life with these incredible kids! The BIGGEST lie we tell ourselves and other parents. To the parent with a newborn struggling with no sleep "it gets easier once they start sleeping though". To the parent with the cranky 8 month old "it gets easier when they stop teething".
